I bought the Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2 from this site and wanted to mention my appreciation for the quick shipping and easy transaction; I am very impressed.
I’ve been using Home Assistant since 2019, which is when I started building my Z-wave network on my Aeotec v5 Z-Wave stick, and this new “Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2” device has successfully replaced it. I am amazed at how well it went migrating from my old Z-Wave Aeotec stick to this new device! The Home Assistant site had excellent documentation to follow on how to successfully migrate your existing Z-Wave stick to this new device. In addition to the useful documentation I am impressed with how Home Assistant automatically picked up the new HA ZWA-2 device and then offered/prompted to migrate everything. This entire process went very smooth, and I didn’t even have to redo any of my automations, scenes, etc.
As far as how the “Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2” is performing, I am truly impressed with how many of my Z-Wave devices have drastically increased in their response times! My automations no longer seem to get queued up nor lost, etc. This is definitely the upgrade I needed.
