Description
SMLIGHT SMHUB NanoMR6
The SMHUB NanoMR6 is a compact quad-radio Linux smart hub: two independent Zigbee/Thread radios (CC2652P7 + EFR32MG24), Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth in one fanless box. It runs SMHUB-OS, a full Linux operating system, so Zigbee2MQTT, Matterbridge, Node-RED, and other smart home software run locally on the hub itself — no manufacturer account, no cloud dependency.
Key Features
Two Independent Zigbee/Thread Radios
Run two separate networks simultaneously on different channels — for example Zigbee on one radio and Thread on the other, or two Zigbee networks. Use it as a standalone hub, as a dedicated coordinator for Home Assistant or another controller, or both at once.
Runs SMHUB-OS (Linux)
A full Linux OS with support for local applications like Zigbee2MQTT, Matterbridge, and Node-RED. Works with Home Assistant, OpenHAB, and other home automation platforms.
All Local, No Cloud
All processing stays on your network — no manufacturer account and no cloud dependency.
Expandable via USB
With USB Home mode and a powered USB hub, the NanoMR takes Z-Wave sticks, extra radios, 4G/LTE modems and other peripherals on top of its two built-in radios. Install Z-Wave JS UI, plug in a ZWA-2 dongle, and run a full Z-Wave network locally that can then be exposed to Home Assistant.
PoE or USB-C Power
Power it over the Ethernet cable (PoE) or with USB-C. Fanless, silent operation.
