Works with Home Assistant

Control lights, fans, receptacles, and motors manually via the wall switch or wirelessly through Z-Wave in Home Assistant’s app or dashboard.

On/Off Control

This switch delivers instant on/off control for connected devices (no dimming control).

Commercial Applications

Designed for 240V and 277V commercial applications such as well pumps, HVAC equipment, motors, ballast lightning, and more. The ZEN75 works as a controller, but not as a disconnector (one leg remains hot when off). If complete power disconnection is required for servicing, an external disconnect switch should be installed.

Supported Loads

This switch works great for large LED installations (up to 600W) and fans (no speed control).

Before installing, confirm your load does not exceed the following:

• LEDs: up to 600W
• Incandescent Lights: up to 1800W
• Resistive Loads: up to 15A

Direct 3-Way Solution

No add-on switch required. The Heavy Duty Switch works similarly to the ZEN71 model (neutral wire required, 4-Way wiring is possible if direct connection to load and line are in the same box). This device is also perfect for simple single pole installations.

Notes

• Compatible with LED and incandescent bulbs (FEIT bulbs are not recommended).
• Confirm the following wires are present in your box: load (most often black), line (most often black), neutral (most often white), and ground (most often green).
• Confirm that your box has a neutral wire available, as the ZEN75 won’t work without a neutral wire.
• Z-Wave switches must be wired exactly as indicated – line and load wires cannot be swapped. Please strictly follow the instructions provided in the user manual.
• If you are not comfortable identifying the wiring and following the instructions, please hire a licensed electrician.
